Led team to #1 ILT ranking in rookie year and #1 ILT & League rankings in the second year with a top-100 autonomous program worldwide. Recognized as a Dean's List Semi-finalist. Coordinated build schedules, mentored new members in Java programming and mechanical design, and drove a culture of iterative engineering.

Coached FLL teams to the world competition where they earned the Core Values Award, and guided another team to West Edge International. Provided intensive mentoring at 5+ sessions per week and translated for international Chinese teams to bridge language barriers.
